Adult Fitness Classes Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals participating in fitness classes at The Cali Lab. By enrolling in our classes, the participant agrees to these terms.

2. Liability Waiver The Member acknowledges that fitness activities carry inherent risks. The Cali Lab, its staff, and instructors will take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety. However, The Cali Lab is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages sustained during participation in fitness classes. The Member agrees to release and hold harmless The Cali Lab from any claims or liabilities arising from participation.

3. Fees and Payments

  • All fees must be paid in advance before the commencement of the fitness program.

  • Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer.

  • The Cali Lab reserves the right to refuse entry to classes if fees are unpaid.

  • Any additional costs for special events or extra sessions will be communicated in advance.

4. Member Responsibilities

  • The Member must arrive on time and be prepared for class.

  • The Member must inform The Cali Lab of any medical conditions, injuries, or special requirements before participation.

  • Appropriate attire and footwear must be worn to all sessions.

  • The Cali Lab reserves the right to deny participation if a Member is unwell, disruptive, or does not adhere to The Cali Lab's conduct policies.

5. No Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Missed classes due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, holidays, schedule conflicts) will not be refunded or credited.

  • The Cali Lab reserves the right to cancel a session due to instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case a make-up class will be arranged where possible.

6. Circumstances Beyond the Control of Either Party The Cali Lab is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, classes may be postponed, rescheduled, or conducted online where feasible.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • The Cali Lab collects and stores personal data, including contact details and medical information, to ensure the safety and proper administration of classes.

  • This information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

  • The Cali Lab may take photos or videos of classes for promotional purposes; if the Member does not wish to be included, they must provide written notice.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions The Cali Lab reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing to the Member.
