Kids Cali Class
Our Calisthenics Classes are divided to best support each child’s level and development.

Beginners Class (Ages 5–13): This class is perfect for kids who are just starting out. We focus on building foundational strength, coordination, and confidence through fun and engaging bodyweight exercises.

Kids Class (Ages 6–13, Advanced): Designed for kids with more experience, this class introduces more challenging skills and drills while continuing to emphasize proper technique, discipline, and fun.
If you're not sure which class is right for your child, please begin with the Beginners Class. Our coaches will assess their level and let you know when they’re ready to move up. Each 1-hour session offers a supportive environment where kids can stay active, challenge themselves, and enjoy the journey of calisthenics.
For the comfort and safety of everyone, parents won’t be able to stay inside the gym during sessions. However, you’re welcome to sit outside the room or you can watch from the outdoor viewing area out the front of The Indoor Market. To ensure a secure environment for all children, our team will be monitoring the entrance at all times, and we kindly ask that parents follow a drop-and-go system if you do not wish to stay. That being said please ensure your child is happy and confident enough with this.
Toddler gym class

Adult Cali
Our Adult Calisthenics Class is a 1 hour session designed to build strength, improve mobility, and master bodyweight movements. Each session is structured to give you the best results, starting with a dynamic warm-up to activate muscles and enhance flexibility. We then move into skill development, where you'll work on key calisthenics movements like pull-ups, dips, and handstands, with progressions tailored to your level. The final 15 minutes will be dedicated to a cool-down and an opportunity to chat with our coaches about your goals or ask any questions.. Expect to be pushed outside your comfort zone while having a great time with like-minded people!
open cali class
Our Open Cali Classes are all about giving people aged 14 and above a safe, positive space to grow, move, and connect. These 2-hour sessions offer an alternative to hanging out on the streets—inviting you into an environment where you can build strength, learn new skills, and be part of a like-minded community. The classes are unstructured and open to all fitness levels, so whether you're just starting out or working on advanced moves like pull-ups or handstands, you’ll have the freedom to train at your own pace. A supportive coach is always there to guide and encourage you.
Female Cali Class
Our Female Calisthenics Class is a supportive and empowering space for women of all fitness levels to build strength, confidence, and community. In this 1-hour session, you'll learn how to move with control and power through bodyweight training, improving your mobility, endurance, and technique. Led by an experienced coach, the class focuses on progress at your own pace, with a welcoming environment where you can challenge yourself, connect with others, and feel inspired every step of the way.
6am hiit class
Kickstart your day with our high-energy 6am HIIT sessions, a fast-paced blend of cardio, strength, and functional movement designed to burn fat, build endurance, and boost your mood before the rest of the world wakes up. Whether you're a busy professional or an early riser chasing peak fitness, this class delivers results in just 45 minutes. Join the crew, push your limits, and own your mornings at The Cali Lab.
Blue Light Class – NHS & Emergency Services
This class is your reset button. Designed specifically for NHS staff and emergency service workers, our Blue Light session focuses on stress relief, movement, and mental recharge. With a balanced mix of low-impact strength work, mobility, and guided breath-focused exercises, it’s more than a workout — it’s a space to unwind, reconnect, and support your body and mind after high-pressure shifts. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter.
Beginners Cali Class
Our Beginners Calisthenics Class is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to build a solid foundation in bodyweight training. Designed for those with little to no experience, this 1-hour session focuses on learning the basics—proper form, core strength, and functional movement—at a comfortable pace. With guidance from a supportive, experienced coach, you’ll gain the confidence to progress safely while improving your strength, mobility, and overall fitness. No matter your starting point, you’ll feel welcomed, challenged, and motivated every step of the way.

Strengthen, sculpt, and stabilize with our Kettlebells & Core class — a dynamic session focused on building full-body strength and powerful core control. Open Gym – Walk In, Work Out
No booking? No problem. Our Open Gym hours give you the freedom to train your way — whether you’re following your own program, practicing skills, or just want to move. Walk-ins are always welcome, and it’s just cash on arrival. Come in, get it done, and enjoy the good vibes and quality kit at The Cali Lab. No pressure, no fuss — just space to train.
